With nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, my mission is to support creativity, culture, and innovation through law, public policy, and advocacy.

Thanks to my diverse international experience, I have developed a broad understanding of these issues. In particular, I:

• advised researchers, IT engineers and collective rights management organisations
• worked in the fight against counterfeiting
• provided trainings to promote research valorisation (copyright on texts and images, patents,…)
• rolled out a trade secret strategy to protect algorithms
• contributed to the protection of software
• developed advocacy strategies on copyright issues
• coordinated European working groups and stakeholder networks on intellectual property matters

I hold a Master’s degree in Law and International Solidarity and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property law. My educational choices were driven by my desire to help others defend their fundamental rights.

My goal is to work directly with artists, creators, and inventors. I want to meet them, understand their situation and profession, and empower them to take an active role in protecting their rights through my expertise.

I also support creative and innovative businesses, as well as cultural and research organisations, in protecting and defending their intellectual property rights. I help them monitor developments in European and international legislation and develop advocacy strategies. When necessary, I also represent them at meetings and events involving policymakers and other stakeholders.
